  • • Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to enterprise sales, account management, and business development to ensure accuracy and practical relevance.
  • • Assess the validity and real-world applicability of AI-driven recommendations on sales strategies, customer engagement tactics, and contract negotiations.
  • • Develop detailed real-world case studies and scenario variations based on personal experience in enterprise sales, covering pipelines, CRM usage, forecasting, and client retention.
  • • Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or risks in AI-generated sales advice and provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve model performance.
  • • Influence how AI systems interpret and apply enterprise sales best practices, including compliance standards, relationship management, and deal structuring.
  • • Contribute to training datasets by creating authentic, nuanced examples of B2B sales interactions, negotiation tactics, and client objection handling.
  • • Collaborate asynchronously with AI labs and 10x Team coordinators to deliver high-quality training content within assigned project timelines.
  • • Maintain consistency in feedback quality across multiple AI training assignments, ensuring alignment with current enterprise sales norms and regional business practices.
  • • Adapt training materials to reflect evolving sales methodologies, market conditions, and industry-specific client expectations within the EU and UK markets.
  • • Participate in onboarding processes and complete all required steps, including written assessments and AI-powered interviews, to qualify for project assignments.
  • • Work independently in a remote, freelance capacity with no fixed schedule, dedicating 8–20 hours per week to AI training missions as projects become available.
  • • Engage with a community of independent sales experts through 10x Team’s platform to share insights and maintain alignment with evolving AI training standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role
  • • Based in the EU or UK
  • • Strong understanding of B2B sales, deal structuring, negotiation, and enterprise client management
  • • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide structured, constructive feedback
  • • Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
