- • As a Group Product Manager for Mobile at Asana, you will lead the strategy and execution of mobile product initiatives that enhance team productivity and collaboration for millions of users worldwide.
- • You will define product roadmaps, partner with engineering and design to deliver high-velocity mobile features, and use data-driven insights to prioritize work that balances customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- • You will work within Asana’s Product Management team in Warsaw, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, User Research, Data Science, Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship impactful mobile experiences.
- • In this role, you will grow as a strategic leader by mentoring other product managers, shaping mobile UX and data visualization practices, and influencing cross-functional processes to drive innovation in work management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including 3+ years of people management experience
- • Background in building mobile products for complex data models and visualizations, with preference for human-centric UX and B2B/enterprise experience
- • Systems thinker comfortable modeling data relationships and partnering with Design to guide stakeholders through holistic UX flows
- • Proven ability to create, communicate, and execute product roadmaps with clarity, breaking down projects into MVPs for high-velocity delivery
- • Strong customer-centric mindset: skilled at analyzing personas, synthesizing research, and defining problems based on deep user understanding
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: able to write sharp product specs, engage in technical discussions with engineers, and partner with design on complex user flows
