- • As Director of Product - Platform, Payload & Services at Kepler Communications, you will lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution across four core product lines, aligning business objectives with product innovation to deliver market-leading space connectivity solutions.
- • You will drive product vision and execution for Kepler’s optical data relay constellation and hosted payload capabilities, working closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable, high-performance space-based services.
- • You will operate in a remote-first capacity across Europe, Canada, or the US, collaborating with global teams to scale Kepler’s presence and accelerate product adoption in the growing space economy.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of bold thinkers and skilled builders at a certified Great Place to Work®, where you can lead with impact, grow professionally, and contribute to real-time Internet access for space-based assets enabling data-driven exploration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in product leadership, preferably in technology, aerospace, or satellite communications industries.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals in fast-paced, scaling environments.
- • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience influencing engineering, sales, and operations teams without direct authority.
- • Experience managing complex product portfolios involving hardware, software, and services in regulated or technical markets.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort operating in remote, global, and ambiguous environments.
