• • Your primary role will involve conducting video-based behavioral health assessments with patients, utilizing your expertise to understand their unique needs and challenges. • • A crucial aspect of your work will be assisting with de-escalation and stabilization of patients in acute distress. You will employ evidence-based techniques to manage challenging situations, ensuring patient safety and promoting a calm, therapeutic environment.
• • To gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's situation, you will be empowered to capture readily available collateral information through phone or video communication with other relevant sources, such as family members or previous healthcare providers, always adhering to strict privacy protocols.
