  • • Own the full B2B sales cycle for WeTravel’s platform, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to product demos, negotiation, and closing deals with multi-day and group tour operators in the APAC region.
  • • Prospect and actively reach out to qualified leads in the Australian travel industry, leveraging outbound calling and targeted outreach to build a pipeline in a new market.
  • • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that align WeTravel’s booking and payment solutions with the unique operational needs of travel businesses.
  • • Manage and nurture a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress toward quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • • Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure seamless client transitions post-sale, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • • Gather and relay actionable product feedback from clients to the product team based on real-world usage and pain points encountered during sales interactions.
  • • Travel up to 10% of the time for in-person client meetings and relationship-building visits across Australia.
  • • Work from the Sydney office a minimum of four days per week, with one designated work-from-home day, while maintaining full access to WeWork facilities.
  • • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, taking initiative to identify opportunities and drive growth without constant supervision.
  • • Participate in a two-week cross-functional onboarding program to deeply understand WeTravel’s product, culture, and go-to-market strategy.
  • • Represent WeTravel as a key member of the first local sales team in Australia, helping shape the regional strategy and culture from the ground up.
  • • Engage with an international, travel-obsessed team that values innovation, collaboration, and celebrating both big wins and small milestones.
  • • Utilize cutting-edge equipment and tools provided by the company to maximize productivity and effectiveness in daily sales activities.
  • • Contribute to a culture of accountability, proactive problem-solving, and consultative selling focused on client success rather than transactional pitching.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or the travel industry within Australia or the APAC region
  • • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • • Comfort with outbound calling, cold outreach, and conducting product demonstrations
  • • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of thriving in autonomous environments
  • • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits
