- • Embark on a transformative 10-week journey with the 2026 Culligan Quench Summer Internship Program, designed to immerse you in the dynamic world of Water-as-a-Service and sustainable business operations. This isn't just an internship; it's a launchpad for your career, offering invaluable hands-on experience within a rapidly expanding, environmentally conscious organization. You'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that directly support Culligan Quench's mission to combat single-use plastic bottle waste by providing innovative, bottle-free filtered water solutions to over 120,000 customers across North America.
- • As a Culligan Quench Intern, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to improving both people's lives and the planet. You'll gain exposure to the intricate workings of a national service organization, collaborating closely with seasoned professionals who are passionate about water purification and sustainability. The program is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of how a leading company in the water solutions industry operates, from supply chain logistics and dealer network management to product development and service operations.
- • While the specific projects will vary depending on the department you are assigned to, your responsibilities will be meaningful and contribute directly to the company's strategic goals. You might find yourself supporting critical operational and business initiatives, delving into process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, or analyzing complex data sets to uncover actionable insights and identify key trends. The program emphasizes practical application, allowing you to hone your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a real-world business context.
- • Furthermore, you will be involved in essential tasks such as supporting reporting functions, meticulously documenting processes, and coordinating various projects. Research will be a key component, requiring you to gather information, synthesize findings, and present your conclusions to team members and potentially leadership. This aspect of the internship is crucial for developing your ability to translate data and information into strategic recommendations.
- • Beyond project-specific work, the internship program is rich with developmental opportunities. You will participate in dedicated intern development sessions designed to broaden your understanding of the business, leadership principles, and career development strategies. Regular team meetings will ensure you are integrated into the company culture and have ample opportunities for networking and learning from colleagues across different functions.
- • The internship offers exposure to a diverse range of departments, including Quench Canada, Supply Chain, Dealer Network, Product, Service Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing. This cross-functional exposure provides a holistic view of the business and allows you to explore different areas of interest within a large, established organization. Whether your passion lies in optimizing logistics, understanding market dynamics, driving innovation, or managing financial operations, there's an opportunity to contribute and learn.
- • Culligan Quench is at the forefront of the Water-as-a-Service model, offering a sustainable alternative to single-use plastic bottles through advanced filtration and purification technologies. Your work will directly contribute to this mission, helping businesses and consumers access clean, healthy water while significantly reducing their environmental footprint. This internship is an exceptional chance to gain practical experience in a company that is not only a market leader but also deeply committed to corporate social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
- • The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 8 to August 14, requiring a commitment of 30-40 hours per week. While not mandatory, candidates located near our King of Prussia, PA headquarters are strongly encouraged to apply to maximize participation in in-person networking events and team-building activities that foster a deeper connection with the company and your cohort. This immersive experience is designed to provide a robust understanding of business operations, analytics, and process improvement within a thriving industry.
