- • Create 2D static banner ads and motion graphics for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- • Design visually compelling advertising content aligned with current Instagram and TikTok trends, emphasizing timing, spacing, and animation dynamics.
- • Utilize AI image generation tools to produce visual assets, including formulating precise prompts for optimal output quality and creative consistency.
- • Collaborate with the performance marketing team in creative meetings to propose original concepts and refine campaign visuals.
- • Ensure all graphic and motion assets adhere to platform-specific technical requirements and creative best practices.
- • Maintain and update design assets for ongoing and new advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.
- • Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize creatives based on performance data and audience feedback.
- • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- • Stay informed about evolving design trends, platform algorithms, and emerging tools in digital advertising.
- • Deliver polished final assets in required formats and resolutions for each advertising channel.
- • Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness.
- • Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access and reuse across campaigns.
- • Ensure all designs comply with platform advertising policies and brand guidelines.
- • Contribute to A/B testing initiatives by creating variations of banners and motion ads to determine top-performing visuals.
- • Adapt existing creative assets for different aspect ratios and platform specifications (e.g., vertical, square, horizontal).
- • Work within established brand style guides while introducing innovative visual approaches to increase engagement.
- • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to align design deliverables with marketing objectives and campaign timelines.
- • Continuously refine workflow efficiency by adopting new techniques in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted design tools.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer
- • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- • Strong skills in both static graphics and motion design
- • Basic knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography
- • Solid understanding of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics for video content
- • Experience with AI image generators and ability to formulate effective prompts
- • Creativity and ability to generate and develop new design ideas
- • English language proficiency at B2 level
- • Portfolio demonstrating 2D banner and motion design work
