- • Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer to join its performance marketing team in Ukraine, where the role is essential for creating high-impact visual content that drives user acquisition and engagement across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms. This position directly contributes to the company’s mission of building innovative consumer products in health, education, and entertainment by translating marketing strategies into compelling static and animated creatives.
- • The designer will be responsible for producing 2D banner ads and motion graphics for performance marketing campaigns, staying current with platform-specific trends on Instagram and TikTok, leveraging AI image generation tools to accelerate creative production, and actively participating in team brainstorming sessions to propose original concepts that align with brand goals and audience preferences.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer with a proven portfolio showcasing banner ads and motion graphics for digital advertising.
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, for creating static and animated visual content.
- • Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics in video content, with the ability to produce engaging motion graphics optimized for short-form platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- • Experience using AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) and skill in crafting effective prompts to generate high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- • Solid foundation in color theory, composition, and typography as applied to advertising and digital design.
- • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling clear communication in team meetings and documentation.
