- • Serve as a trusted operational advisor to ABA clinic providers across multiple states, guiding them through clinical operations, revenue optimization, and compliance requirements to build thriving, high-quality practices.
- • Project manage the end-to-end launch process for new provider practices, ensuring timely execution and alignment with Finni’s scaling objectives and operational standards.
- • Develop and deliver quarterly business reviews and presentation decks for each provider practice, highlighting performance metrics, growth opportunities, and actionable insights to maximize value from Finni’s services.
- • Partner directly with providers to understand their business goals, identify operational bottlenecks, and co-create customized growth strategies focused on scalability, profitability, and patient care quality.
- • Lead all provider communications via Google Meet, Slack, and email, providing proactive and reactive customer support to resolve clinical, financial, and administrative concerns in real time.
- • Become the internal expert on Finni’s platform, tools, and services, answering complex provider questions and ensuring consistent, accurate information delivery across all touchpoints.
- • Oversee critical customer experience (CX) operations including training programs, help center and knowledge base content development, self-service tooling, scheduling systems, and performance reporting.
- • Collaborate with cofounders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine operational processes and tooling that improve efficiency, scalability, and provider satisfaction.
- • Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs for the provider success function, using data to drive accountability, identify trends, and inform strategic improvements.
- • Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify key business drivers, recommend profitability improvements, and advise providers on revenue cycle management and payer landscape strategies.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of ABA healthcare operations, including clinical staffing models, regulatory compliance, billing protocols, and state-specific regulatory requirements.
- • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, taking initiative to shape strategy, solve unstructured problems, and drive outcomes without predefined playbooks.
- • Build strong, mission-aligned relationships with providers by embodying Finni’s commitment to democratizing autism care and supporting small business success in mental health.
- • Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve systems, track performance, and deliver measurable outcomes in provider retention, growth rates, and NPS.
- • Maintain a provider-centric mindset, prioritizing long-term practice sustainability and clinical excellence over short-term metrics.
- • Act as a calm, strategic partner during periods of high pressure or change, helping providers navigate operational complexity with clarity and confidence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice supporting providers across various states
- • Strong ability to analyze financial statements, identify key business drivers, and advise on strategies to improve profitability and growth
- • Proven ability to develop growth strategies, create actionable roadmaps, and solve complex operational challenges
- • Strong understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including clinical operations, compliance, revenue cycle management, payer landscapes, and clinical staffing models
- • Track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets (e.g., growth rates, retention goals, NPS)
- • Experience managing customer success operations including training, knowledge base content, self-service tools, and SLA/KPI design
