- • Build and orchestrate strategic account-based marketing (ABM) programs aligned with major industry conferences, executive events, sponsorships, and key industry moments to drive awareness, relationships, and pipeline
- • Partner closely with the Events team to maximize impact of conferences, private dinners, hosted experiences, and field activations before, during, and after events
- • Develop targeted outreach and engagement strategies for key enterprise accounts, specific industries, C-suite executives, and buying groups
- • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn, content, direct outreach, gifting, and executive engagement initiatives
- • Help shape highly personalized campaign assets and materials tailored to specific accounts, industries, and strategic opportunities
- • Work directly with sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and identify high-value opportunities for engagement
- • Collaborate with content, design, and leadership teams to develop branded reports, insights pieces, campaign assets, executive invitations, and supporting materials
- • Ensure all campaigns reflect a coordinated, premium brand experience consistent with Fundamental’s identity and messaging
- • Identify creative opportunities to generate attention and engagement around key industry events and market dynamics
- • Track campaign effectiveness using engagement signals, pipeline influence, and account progression metrics
- • Coordinate with internal marketing operations resources to execute campaigns across platforms and systems
- • Help build scalable ABM playbooks and processes as Fundamental expands internationally
- • Maintain high standards of detail and execution across all campaign elements and customer-facing experiences
- • Operate cross-functionally across marketing, events, sales, design, and leadership teams to align messaging and timing with enterprise sales cycles
- • Drive strategic coordination between leadership activities, content output, and field marketing initiatives to create cohesive, high-touch customer journeys
- • Adapt ABM strategies in real-time based on market feedback, sales input, and shifting enterprise priorities
- • Contribute to the evolution of Fundamental’s GTM motion by integrating account-level insights into broader marketing strategy
- • Manage multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities while maintaining consistent quality and brand alignment
- • Demonstrate commercial acumen by linking marketing activities directly to enterprise sales outcomes and pipeline growth
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity
- • Foster a collaborative, low-ego culture by proactively aligning with stakeholders and prioritizing team success
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in ABM, strategic marketing, field marketing, enterprise marketing, or related B2B SaaS roles
- • Strong understanding of enterprise account-based marketing and high-touch GTM motions
- • Ability to think strategically while also being highly execution-oriented
- • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- • Experience orchestrating campaigns around conferences, executive events, sponsorships, or strategic industry moments
- • Exceptional organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
