📋 Description
- • We're seeking an experienced academia coach to work with students and early-career professionals navigating higher education and academic career paths.
- • This role includes helping clients strengthen resumes and cover letters, preparing them for interviews, and guiding them through networking and promotion strategies within academic institutions.
- • Coaches also support curriculum development, classroom management best practices, and higher education administration guidance, while conducting student assessments to tailor advice to each client's goals.
- • Ideal candidates have direct experience in higher education or academic administration, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients build the skills needed to advance.
- • Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
