- • As an Associate in Accounting Advisory at Riveron Consulting, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex financial transformations driven by regulatory changes, growth initiatives, and strategic transactions such as IPOs, mergers, and divestitures. Your work will directly support clients in achieving accurate, compliant, and scalable financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, enabling them to make informed business decisions and maintain stakeholder trust.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will apply your accounting expertise to advise clients through significant business transformations, conduct in-depth research and analysis on complex accounting and finance challenges, partner directly with client teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, develop high-quality memos, technical analyses, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables, collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional project teams to execute workstreams efficiently, and ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and project deadlines.

You will join a team of seasoned professionals who provide hands-on, practical solutions to some of the most pressing financial reporting and operational challenges faced by organizations today, with active senior leadership involvement ensuring both project excellence and your professional development.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical accounting expertise across capital markets transactions, business combinations, IPO readiness, internal controls, and financial process redesign, while building strong client relationship management skills, enhancing your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and gaining exposure to diverse industries and complex business models—positioning you for long-term growth in advisory, corporate finance, or public accounting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field
- • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in audit, industry accounting, or a similar financial reporting role
- • Working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and/or GAAS, with demonstrated ability to apply these standards to complex accounting scenarios
- • Proven experience in accounting research, technical writing, and the preparation of clear, well-structured financial memos and analyses
