- • The Account Associate role at IOA USA supports commercial insurance operations by ensuring accurate policy processing, timely customer service, and seamless administrative workflows for the Select Business book, directly contributing to client retention, compliance, and team productivity in a remote-first environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy releases; managing check requests, invoices, finance agreements, loss runs, MVRs, ID cards, certificates, and binders; identifying and reconciling billing inaccuracies; reviewing policy forms; preparing submissions, online ratings, proposals, and AOR letters; maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in agency systems; monitoring task completion for productivity and quality standards; supporting team support/receptionist and account assistant functions; handling general office administration; communicating workload status and issues to the account team; providing proactive and responsive customer service; participating in team-building initiatives; seeking and adopting best practices; staying current on company policies; enhancing technical skills and industry knowledge; fostering positive relationships with colleagues and leadership; and demonstrating IOA’s core values of integrity and leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of insurance industry experience OR 5+ years of related customer service experience
- • Active insurance license required for the state(s) of operation
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong data entry and document management skills
- • Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- • High school diploma or equivalent
