• • The Senior HRIS Analyst at Prime Therapeutics LLC is a purpose-driven role focused on maintaining and enhancing the company's HR information systems to support seamless HR operations and employee experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and implementing complex HRIS solutions for payroll, benefits, and compensation systems; serving as the application owner for assigned HR products in cross-functional projects; staying current on upcoming HRIS features and advising Product Owners; and providing technical guidance to junior HRIS Analysts.
