  • • Senior Manager Field Medical Affairs, North Center – a pivotal scientific and clinical role advancing hematological care by engaging key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to drive disease awareness and support innovative research initiatives.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include building peer relationships with hematology experts, presenting scientific data to HCPs and investigators, supporting clinical trial site identification, collaborating across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and Commercial teams, responding to medical information requests, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting in scientific publication development, and supporting commercial teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • • 5+ years of proven experience in field medical or medical affairs, including at least 3 years in a Field Medical or Medical Manager role within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • • Required expertise in Hematology therapeutic area, with strong preference for experience in lymphoma and/or multiple myeloma
  • • Established relationships with key opinion leaders in malignant hematology and familiarity with hematologic malignancy-specialized institutions
  • • Drug launch experience, knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, EU and pharma regulations, and excellent communication skills essential
