📋 Description
- • Senior People Systems & Integrations Analyst role focused on owning and evolving the people technology ecosystem with emphasis on Workday configuration, integrations, and cross-system workflows in a dual-focused (60% functional, 40% technical) position.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of enhancements across Workday and the broader People Tech stack, configuring and maintaining Workday HCM, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions, identifying and implementing automation and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring seamless interoperability across People systems, designing and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems, monitoring integration health, supporting workforce planning data flows, supporting testing efforts, maintaining documentation and best practices, and staying current on AI and automation trends in HR Technology.
- • The People Operations and Technology team at Chainalysis focuses on building a seamless, scalable, and data-driven employee experience at the intersection of People Operations, Technology, and Analytics, partnering closely with People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and BizTech to ensure the people technology ecosystem anchored by Workday is efficient, integrated, and continuously evolving.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape the future of People Technology at Chainalysis, build expertise at the intersection of HR systems, automation, and AI, evaluate emerging AI capabilities, identify use cases for AI within the people technology ecosystem, and move from manual processes to intelligent, automated solutions in a high-visibility role with room to grow.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience working with Workday HCM in a techno-functional capacity
- • Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration (business processes, security, reporting, notifications)
- • Proven experience building or supporting Workday integrations (EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, Studio)
- • Experience working cross-functionally – bridging functional stakeholders (People, Finance, Payroll, BizTech) and technical implementation teams
- • Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration patterns
- • Experience troubleshooting integration failures and performing root cause analysis
- • Familiarity with automation/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) and comfort working with AI-powered tools, with a willingness to experiment as the technology evolves
- • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language
- • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
