- • As the Account Based Experience (ABX) Director at Sanity, Inc, you will design and lead strategic account-based programs that drive pipeline and revenue for enterprise target accounts, aligning marketing and sales to deliver personalized, multi-channel experiences from first touch to closed-won.
- • You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing ABX team, setting goals, fostering experimentation, and ensuring the team has the tools and support to scale impact across events, digital, direct mail, email, and paid channels.
- • You will partner closely with sales leadership to build shared account plans, run joint reviews, and equip reps with plays, content, and intent signals to engage buying committees effectively.
- • You will own end-to-end ABX performance measurement, tracking pipeline influence, account engagement, stage velocity, and expansion revenue to continuously iterate and improve programs.
- • You will work within Sanity’s mission to advance AI-powered Content Operations, helping enterprises like SKIMS, Figma, and Riot Games automate and personalize content at scale through a modern, flexible platform.
- • You will contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and ownership at a 200+ person company backed by top-tier investors and committed to long-term growth and employee development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years leading ABM or ABX programs targeting enterprise accounts
- • Proven experience managing and scaling a team in a developer tools, SaaS, or technical platform company
- • Demonstrated track record of building pipeline and influencing revenue through account-based initiatives with measurable results
- • Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, including multi-threaded stakeholders and long sales cycles
- • Proficiency with ABX technology stacks such as Demandbase, Salesforce, and intent data platforms
- • Experience marketing developer tools, content platforms, or technical infrastructure to enterprise engineering and digital teams
