  • • Jasper is seeking a strategic and creative Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to spearhead the development and scaling of field marketing initiatives for its Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, possesses a deep understanding of ABM principles, and is driven to generate measurable pipeline growth and accelerate sales cycles.
  • • As the ABM Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies that resonate with key accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching revenue objectives, active sales opportunities, and account expansion goals. Your primary focus will be on Jasper's Top 100 customers and named accounts within the Enterprise and Strategic segments, employing a data-driven approach to maximize impact.
  • • A core responsibility will be to forge strong partnerships with Sales leadership, Account Executives (AEs), and account management teams. This collaboration is essential for identifying and prioritizing target account landscapes, and subsequently developing coordinated engagement plans that are designed to foster account expansion and accelerate the sales pipeline. You will act as a crucial bridge between sales and marketing, ensuring seamless execution of ABM strategies.
  • • You will be tasked with designing and orchestrating a tiered ABM program structure, encompassing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many engagement models. The selection and execution of these models will be guided by a strategic assessment of account priority, potential business impact, and the required level of personalization and investment. This ensures that resources are allocated effectively to drive the greatest return.
  • • For strategic accounts, you will develop highly personalized 1:1 engagement strategies. This includes conceptualizing and implementing tailored campaigns, curating exclusive executive experiences, and designing robust sales enablement programs specifically aimed at unlocking high-value opportunities and deepening relationships with key stakeholders.
  • • Furthermore, you will create and manage scalable 1:few programs. These initiatives will bring together clusters of priority accounts for curated executive events, unique peer experiences, and highly targeted campaigns, fostering a sense of community and shared value among key prospects and customers.
  • • Close coordination with the broader Field Marketing team is essential to ensure that executive events, intimate dinners, and other curated experiences are strategically aligned with priority accounts. This includes developing and executing coordinated pre- and post-event ABM engagement strategies to maximize the impact of these high-touch interactions.
  • • Your efforts will directly support account progression and deal acceleration by developing and implementing programs that effectively engage multiple stakeholders and buying groups across various stages of the sales cycle. Understanding the complex decision-making units within target accounts will be key to your success.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration extends to Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations. You will work closely with these teams to ensure that all ABM programs are seamlessly integrated with broader Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives and contribute effectively to pipeline generation goals.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve building repeatable ABM playbooks and frameworks. These frameworks will cover critical aspects such as account tiering, engagement planning, and program execution, providing a scalable and consistent approach that can be adapted across different segments, personas, and industries.
  • • Finally, you will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the impact and performance of ABM programs. This includes tracking account engagement, opportunity progression, and pipeline contribution. You will partner with Revenue Operations to establish clear reporting mechanisms, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights to continuously optimize ABM strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • • This fully remote position reports to the Director of Field Marketing and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading AI marketing platform.
