- • The scope of this position is extensive, encompassing commercial contracting, where you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. Your work will directly support our sales and business development teams, enabling them to close deals effectively and protect the company's interests.

You will advise on compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws, ensuring our data handling practices meet the highest standards. 🎯 Requirements
- • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- • Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
- • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong preference for experience in commercial contracting, data privacy, and/or corporate law, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.
- • Experience advising on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial agreements, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), employment law, and corporate governance.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal audiences.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
- • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- • Prior in-house legal experience at a technology or SaaS company is a significant plus.
- • Familiarity with government contracting regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
