- • ServiceRocket is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic global People Team. This is a strategic opportunity based in Sydney, Australia, designed for a seasoned recruitment professional with 2-5 years of experience who is ready to elevate their career by mastering the intersection of talent intelligence, process optimization, and high-growth scaling.
- • As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be more than just a pipeline manager; you will be a crucial guardian of our global recruitment standards and a strategic partner to our leadership team. Your primary focus will be on identifying and attracting the next generation of "Rocketeers" – individuals who truly embody ServiceRocket's core values: Build Processes to Drive Outcomes, Delight the Customer, Talk Straight, Share the Knowledge, and Think Team. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce.
- • Joining the ServiceRocket Talent Acquisition (TA) team means taking ownership of a significant part of our company's legacy. Given that ServiceRocket was founded in Sydney, the ANZ and APAC regions are critical to our operational heart. As a TA Analyst, you will serve as the vital bridge connecting our rich heritage with our ambitious future, ensuring that as we scale across these key regions, we do so with unparalleled precision, speed, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional Rocketeer experience from the very first touchpoint.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of the recruitment lifecycle. You will be directly responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Crew Member network, crucial internship programs, and essential full-time Rocketeer positions within our Australian offices. While the primary focus is on Sydney, you may occasionally be tasked with supporting recruitment efforts for our other international offices in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, providing valuable cross-regional experience.
- • This role demands a strategic approach to recruitment, involving ownership of the entire process from initial role definition and in-depth sourcing to meticulous screening, insightful interviewing, successful hiring, compelling offer presentation, and seamless pre-onboarding.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers, serving as a strategic partner who provides expert insights into job opening requirements, detailed information about the local talent pool, salary benchmarking data, and other pertinent market intelligence. Your guidance will empower hiring managers to make informed decisions.
- • Effective collaboration and communication are paramount. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Rocketeer Experience, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure a cohesive and successful hiring experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves data management and reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive metrics, trackers, dashboards, and reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date statuses are available through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other essential tools such as the Google Suite and Jira.
- • You will manage relationships with third-party providers, overseeing the process for conducting employment background checks. Additionally, you may occasionally conduct direct reference checks and manage other required documentation to ensure compliance and candidate quality.
- • A key initiative will be your involvement in internship programs and university relations. You will play a vital role in creating, supporting, and maintaining robust college recruiting and career development programs specifically tailored for the Australian region, fostering a pipeline of future talent.
- • You will also contribute to Employer Brand Initiatives, actively participating in and promoting the ServiceRocket brand at various events, including career fairs, industry expos, and campus recruitment drives, enhancing our visibility and appeal to potential candidates.
- • Finally, you will provide ad-hoc program support, contributing your expertise to additional talent acquisition or people operations programs and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting broader business needs.
