- • The Account-Based Marketing Specialist will lead paid acquisition strategy for high-value target accounts, focusing on scaling Remote’s presence across Employer of Record, Contractor Management, and Global Payroll services. This role is critical to driving revenue growth by targeting mid-market and enterprise customers in EMEA, Americas, and APAC using advanced ABM platforms.
- • Day to day, the specialist will build and manage Ideal Customer Profile audiences in ABM platforms, leverage intent data to trigger personalized ad experiences across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, manage HubSpot Smart Form Fills, execute multi-channel paid media strategies, conduct performance audits and A/B testing, oversee marketplace presence on platforms like Gartner Digital Markets, and align closely with Sales and Analytics teams on lifecycle nurture and measurement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, specifically managing $3M+ annual budgets across paid search and social
- • Advanced knowledge of Clay, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- • Expertise in UTM architecture, conversion tracking installation, and data-driven decision-making
