📋 Description

• The Account & Campaign Manager HU role at Rohlik Group SE is critical to ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns across multiple Central and Eastern European markets, directly contributing to partner value and the company’s rapid growth in retail media.
• Day to day, the person will manage the full campaign lifecycle from brief to reporting, including asset collection, validation, scheduling, technical setup (web, app, mobile), timely launch, ongoing KPI-based monitoring, issue resolution, client communication, weekly reporting, upsell identification, performance analysis, presentation creation, financial reconciliation support, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, creative, and product teams.
• Rohlik Group SE is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer operating across five markets with multiple brands and a dynamically expanding Retail Media team, offering an international environment where campaigns are managed for markets including Germany (Knuspr.de), Austria (Gurkerl.at), Czech Republic (Rohlik.cz), Hungary (Kifli.hu), and Romania (Sezamo.ro).
• In this role, the person can develop expertise in end-to-end campaign management, client relationship building, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional process improvement within a scale-up environment, gaining visibility into retail media operations and contributing to long-term partner partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or account management
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with high precision
• Degree in marketing, communications, or business
• Knowledge of digital campaign workflows and KPIs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Proficiency with campaign management and reporting tools
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1+)
