- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager for Onshape at PTC, you will serve as the post-sale lead point of contact for a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, value realization, and renewal of Onshape’s cloud-based CAD platform.
- • You will manage a hybrid portfolio of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts across the West Coast of the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and other APAC regions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and expansion.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer internally, gathering feedback through quarterly business reviews and advocating for customer needs across product, sales, and support teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- • You will drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewals, and turning customers into advocates through case studies, referrals, and success stories that highlight the impact of Onshape on their design and manufacturing processes.
- • You will join a global team of nearly 7,000 at PTC, a company dedicated to bridging the physical and digital worlds through innovative software that empowers customers to create better products and improve operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must be located in the U.S. Pacific Time Zone (West Coast)
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- • 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, account management, or relevant field such as business, communication, or computer science
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and communication styles
- • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, or JIRA
- • Self-starter mindset with a results-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
