- • Senior Customer Success Manager role focused on driving customer satisfaction and retention for Filigran’s open-source cybersecurity solutions in the Australian market
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, training, renewal), building proactive relationships with Australian customers, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales, coordinating with Support and Engineering to resolve issues, collecting customer feedback for product improvement, and tracking success metrics to inform strategy
