- • Enterprise Account Manager responsible for managing and growing LucidLink’s most valuable enterprise customer accounts (1000+ employees), driving net retained revenue through renewals and upsells.
- • Day-to-day activities include conducting customer meetings, syncs, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs); building deep understanding of customer business objectives and operating rhythms; leveraging data and analytics to anticipate churn; and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, support, and technical teams to ensure customer success.
- • LucidLink is a fast-growing SaaS startup enabling secure, instant access to large files and data sets for creative and data-intensive industries, serving customers like Paramount, Warner Brothers, Epic Games, Spotify, and Netflix across 40+ countries.
