- • As an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, you will provide vital production support for the account team, managing 2-4 paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest) and learning DEPT’s best practices to build foundational skills for advancement into more advanced marketing roles.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include data analysis and formatting performance reports, implementing account tasks and optimizations, building campaigns and ads, uploading and editing campaigns, targeting methods, ads, keywords, placements, and negatives, identifying performance trends, developing report write-ups with insights, understanding bidding methodologies, monitoring budget pacing, and speaking to channel performance on client calls.

- • In this role, you will sharpen technical Excel skills (sorting, pivot tables, conditional formatting, v-lookups), gain hands-on experience with major paid social platforms, develop analytical and reporting abilities, and build communication and time-management skills essential for progressing into senior marketing or account management positions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of paid social or relevant experience
- • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables, VLookup, and data insight extraction)
- • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Upper intermediate oral English level (required for client-facing work with international clients)
- • Willingness to work from the office in CABA (Villa Crespo) or Mar del Plata a few times per week
