- • As an Account Director at StackAdapt, you will be at the forefront of driving programmatic advertising revenue, playing a pivotal role in both expanding existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities with leading agencies and brands.
- • This dynamic position requires a strategic mindset, blending proactive sales activities with meticulous customer relationship management to ensure client success and foster long-term partnerships.
- • You will be instrumental in understanding the intricate, long-term business objectives of our clients, proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to further enhance their growth through StackAdapt's innovative platform.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with dedicated StackAdapt Account Managers, working in tandem to nurture and grow existing accounts.
- • This collaborative effort will include developing and presenting high-level campaign strategies, introducing novel solutions, and reinforcing strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- • You will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, thereby driving client retention and fostering account expansion.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be partnering closely with management, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure our platform's capabilities are effectively leveraged and, where necessary, specified and developed to meet the demands of larger customer opportunities.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to identifying, pitching, and successfully closing platform sales deals, with a particular focus on major agency holding companies (Big6) and prominent brands.
- • You will be expected to build and maintain robust relationships with key client stakeholders by deeply understanding their business objectives, identifying their challenges, and uncovering potential growth avenues.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to sales pipeline management, ensuring consistent client satisfaction, successful renewals, and the continuous discovery of new opportunities.
- • You will be responsible for crafting compelling client pitches for both new and existing business, employing strong sales acumen and rigor to successfully close opportunities.
- • A critical measure of success will be your track record in a quota-carrying environment, demonstrating consistent achievement against sales targets.
- • You will need to effectively grasp and articulate complex technical concepts related to our DSP platform, showcasing a solid understanding of digital advertising technologies, platforms, and prevailing industry trends.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to engage effectively with clients at all levels and to operate autonomously with clarity and purpose.
- • This role requires a willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients within your designated region, fostering face-to-face engagement and strengthening partnerships.
