📋 Description
- • As an Account Director at Cognition, you will drive revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle for Devin, the AI software engineer, and Windsurf, the AI-native IDE, targeting enterprise customers in Japan and beyond.
- • You will prospect, engage, demo, negotiate, and close deals with technical stakeholders including C-suite executives, engineering leaders, and procurement teams, while activating customers and gathering product feedback.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to refine the sales process, shape product direction based on customer insights, and help scale one of the most innovative AI startups in the world.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling cutting-edge AI tools, influence product roadmap through customer feedback, and build a repeatable technical sales motion in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated track record of success selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers
- • Technical background as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward deployed engineer, or exceptional ability to learn and understand complex technical problems
- • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments with a drive to move fast and take on growing responsibility
