- • As an Account Director at Cognition, you will drive revenue growth by sourcing, closing, and activating enterprise customers for Devin, the world’s first AI software engineer, while providing critical product feedback to shape the future of AI-powered engineering tools.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demoing to negotiation, close, and customer activation—working directly with C-suite executives, tech leaders, and procurement teams in large technology organizations to identify and qualify high-impact use cases for Devin.
- • You will join a small, elite team of world-class engineers and AI pioneers from Scale AI, Palantir, Google DeepMind, Tesla, and more, where your technical curiosity and sales excellence will directly influence both market success and product evolution.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling cutting-edge AI solutions, refine your ability to translate complex technical value into business outcomes, and help build one of the most innovative technical sales organizations in the AI industry.

- • Demonstrated track record of success selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers
- • Technical background as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward-deployed engineer—or exceptional ability to rapidly learn and understand complex technical problems
- • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-intensity environments with a strong drive to win and grow responsibility quickly
