- • Acquire net-new customers within assigned Private Equity portfolio companies by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
- • Build and execute territory and account plans focused on pipeline generation and revenue growth across a targeted set of Private Equity portfolio companies.
- • Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives, operations leaders, IT stakeholders, and transformation teams within portfolio companies.
- • Drive the full sales cycle from initial discovery through negotiation and closure for UiPath’s automation, AI, and agentic orchestration solutions.
- • Expand adoption of the UiPath platform within existing portfolio company accounts by aligning solutions to operational improvement initiatives, cost optimization programs, and digital transformation priorities.
- • Collaborate closely with the dedicated Private Equity Coverage Lead to coordinate engagement strategies, account mapping, portfolio prioritization, and value creation planning across portfolio companies.
- • Participate in portfolio-wide initiatives and executive briefings tied to Private Equity operating partners and transformation leaders.
- • Partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Value Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomes.
- • Coordinate executive sponsorship and mobilize internal resources for strategic pursuits and high-priority accounts.
- • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce and related CRM systems.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment requiring agility, strategic account planning, and consultative selling skills.
- • Travel approximately 50% to engage with clients, attend industry events, and support internal alignment meetings.
- • Demonstrate strong business acumen and consultative selling approach by translating UiPath’s automation capabilities into measurable EBITDA improvement and operational efficiency gains.
- • Leverage hunter mentality to create pipeline from scratch and consistently exceed quota in a competitive enterprise software market.
- • Communicate with executive presence and tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders including finance, operations, IT, and transformation teams.
- • Apply knowledge of operational transformation, shared services, finance operations, or IT modernization initiatives to position UiPath solutions as strategic enablers.
- • Work within a collaborative team structure that values generosity, curiosity, and genuine engagement across global functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of quota attainment
- • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- • Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition and complex solution selling
- • Experience selling automation, AI, SaaS, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise platform solutions
- • Ability to travel approximately 50%
- • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
