- • Operate as a senior member of the sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
- • Sell Prezzee Smart Cards directly to business operations clients, focusing on new business acquisition and accelerating the sales cycle.
- • Deliver on all sales KPIs including number of meetings, proposals submitted, and revenue generated.
- • Grow existing client accounts and drive rapid expansion of the new business pipeline.
- • Develop customized partner solutions that align with client objectives while maintaining Prezzee’s brand integrity and customer focus.
- • Identify market opportunities to engage and educate potential clients on the benefits of Prezzee Smart Cards, including referrals for additional leads.
- • Build new relationships and nurture existing ones through proactive outreach, including cold calling and follow-ups.
- • Set up and onboard B2B clients by conducting product demos and fulfilling customer-specific requirements to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact between key accounts and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and ongoing support.
- • Actively participate in strategic business planning processes to support the long-term growth and success of assigned accounts.
- • Leverage experience selling into rewards/recognition, loyalty programs, gift cards, incentives, insurance, casinos/gaming, or professional services sectors.
- • Utilize strong outbound prospecting skills to identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities.
- • Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of client engagement and sales performance.
- • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across departments to align on client needs and deliver integrated solutions.
- • Maintain a relentless optimism and genuine curiosity in all client interactions to enhance customer experience and drive retention.

- • Significant experience selling into rewards/recognition, loyalty, giftcards, incentives OR experience selling into insurance, casinos/gaming and professional services
- • Strong outbound prospecting skills
- • Proven track record delivering sales and relationship management outcomes
- • Ability to work with a number of internal and external key stakeholders
- • Highly capable in managing multiple priorities
