- • You will be the primary point of contact and the face of Adjust for your designated region, strategically guiding clients towards success with our innovative app measurement and analytics solutions.
- • Your mission will involve increasing the adoption of Adjust's powerful tools, identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities, and fostering mutual growth with our client base.
- • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- • Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, driving product adoption, and securing successful renewals.
- • Employ a consultative selling methodology, deeply understanding client needs and challenges to effectively present Adjust’s comprehensive suite of solutions and services.
- • Tailor your communication and pitch to resonate with a diverse range of stakeholders and decision-makers across various client organizations.
- • Proactively monitor client usage patterns and overall sentiment to effectively manage account health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
- • Strategically identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of client business objectives to propose additional value-added solutions.
- • Act as a crucial conduit between clients and our product development teams, providing valuable feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
- • Represent Adjust at key industry events, conferences, and with mobile ecosystem partners, enhancing brand visibility and establishing Adjust as a thought leader in the AdTech space.
- • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accuracy for strategic planning and reporting.
- • Leverage your understanding of the local Shenzhen and broader Chinese market to identify unique opportunities and tailor your approach to local business customs and client expectations.
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experience.
- • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mobile marketing, AdTech, and app analytics industries to provide cutting-edge insights and solutions to your clients.
- • Develop a deep understanding of Adjust's product suite, including its technical capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for different client segments.
- • Contribute to the overall success of the China team by sharing best practices, market intelligence, and supporting colleagues as needed.
