- • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the proactive acquisition of new clients, managing your assigned sales territory in Austria in close collaboration with a dedicated Sales Engineer. Your success will be driven by your ability to forge strong relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Arctic Wolf's innovative cybersecurity solutions.
- • You will work cross-functionally with our Channel, Field Events, Customer Success, and Sales Development teams to achieve ambitious sales targets within a fast-paced, ownership-driven, and hands-on environment. Your integrity, expertise, and team spirit will be crucial as you represent Arctic Wolf to partners, prospects, and customers, embodying our culture and mission to protect organizations of all sizes from cyber threats.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with potential clients, independently managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. This involves understanding the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by businesses and positioning Arctic Wolf's offerings as the optimal solution.
- • You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed your quarterly and annual sales quotas by employing structured sales methodologies and executing precise, targeted campaigns. This requires a deep understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- • Effective pipeline and territory management are key. You will proactively identify new opportunities within your designated region through various channels, including partner engagements, industry events, strategic outreach calls, and independent prospecting efforts.
- • The ability to manage multiple deals, sales cycles, and competing priorities simultaneously is essential, with an expectation to handle approximately 10-20 opportunities per quarter.
- • Close collaboration with internal teams is vital for success. You will work hand-in-hand with Pre-Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Success, and SDRs, leading weekly territory discussions to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness. Your ability to leverage CRM and internal tools efficiently will be critical for providing reliable forecasts and accurate customer intelligence.
- • Developing and expanding your network is a core component of this role. You will build new reseller relationships, cultivate your personal professional network, and actively participate in industry events to generate new leads and strengthen Arctic Wolf's presence in the market.
- • You will collaborate closely with Channel resources to implement successful partner strategies, ensuring that our channel ecosystem is leveraged effectively to drive sales growth.
