  • • As a Fusion Sales Account Executive at Autodesk, you will drive strategic adoption, expansion, and usage growth of Fusion software within high-value, high-visibility Named Accounts across EMEA, working alongside Named Account Managers to unlock new opportunities in influential manufacturing organizations.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include hunting for untapped Fusion opportunities within strategic accounts, driving adoption inside Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs), running or co-selling deals, building coordinated account strategies, multi-threading across engineering, manufacturing, R&D, operations, and IT teams, leading executive-level conversations on Fusion’s cloud-native and AI-powered value, collaborating with technical sales for demos and solution alignment, maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, leveraging tools like Outreach, Consensus, and Gong, and documenting repeatable plays for deeper enterprise penetration.
  • • You will join a high-velocity, startup-paced team operating inside Autodesk’s largest and most strategic customers, where curiosity, rapid innovation, ownership, and smart risk-taking are core to the culture, and where your work directly contributes to reimagining what’s possible in modern manufacturing.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales motion, deepen your ability to influence C-suite and technical stakeholders, master complex account-based selling, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies in manufacturing, and become a trusted advisor in driving digital transformation at global industry leaders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Business fluency in English and German language
  • • Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes in large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
  • • Experience operating in an overlay or co-selling environment with strategic account leaders
  • • Strong hunting instincts to uncover new workflows, divisions, and high-impact business cases
  • • Experience selling into engineering, design, manufacturing, or enterprise operations
  • • Ability to influence across technical users to Directors, VPs, and C-suite
  • • Passion for cloud-native, AI-driven technology and disruption in modern manufacturing
  • • High competitiveness, strategic thinking, and resilience in long-cycle enterprise sales
