- • As a Fusion Sales Account Executive at Autodesk, you will drive growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in high-potential manufacturing accounts across EMEA, focusing on expanding Autodesk’s Fusion platform adoption where presence is currently limited or emerging.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, engaging engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to demonstrate how Fusion’s cloud-native, AI-enabled platform transforms design and production workflows.
- • You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team within Autodesk’s Fusion business that combines startup agility with global scale, fostering innovation, ownership, and rapid execution in a mission-driven culture focused on reimagining what’s possible in manufacturing.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales, technical solution selling, and market expansion while building a repeatable playbook for scaling Fusion adoption in complex organizations, directly contributing to Autodesk’s growth in next-generation manufacturing technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Business fluency in German and English
- • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales, particularly in new logo or territory expansion roles
- • Proven experience selling into engineering, design, manufacturing, and operational personas
- • Strong discovery and value-selling skills with technical audiences
- • Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycles without reliance on existing account owners
- • Passion for cloud, AI, digital transformation, and modern manufacturing technologies
