- • Help shape Attio’s product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing direct user feedback from enterprise customers.
- • Engage with technical SaaS buyers through consultative sales approaches, focusing on solving ambiguous, complex business challenges.
- • Execute a rigorous, repeatable sales process that consistently exceeds quota and drives measurable revenue outcomes.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across sales, marketing, and operations functions in mid-to-large organizations.
- • Communicate complex product capabilities through clear, compelling written and verbal presentations to diverse stakeholder groups.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on customer needs and product improvements.
- • Participate in the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- • Represent Attio as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep product knowledge and a genuine commitment to customer success.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales forecasts with precision and attention to detail.
- • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving AI-driven go-to-market strategies to inform sales strategy.
- • Contribute to team success by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of collective achievement.

- • 2+ years of sales closing experience with a technical SaaS product
- • Strong critical thinking and an aptitude for helping customers solve ambiguous problems
- • Consistent outperformance to sales targets driven by a rigorous sales process
- • Experience and interest in team-building and helping others be more successful
