  • • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Attio, the AI-era CRM designed for ambitious go-to-market teams.
  • • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to their unique go-to-market workflows.
  • • Help shape Attio’s product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing direct user feedback from enterprise customers.
  • • Engage with technical SaaS buyers through consultative sales approaches, focusing on solving ambiguous, complex business challenges.
  • • Execute a rigorous, repeatable sales process that consistently exceeds quota and drives measurable revenue outcomes.
  • • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers across sales, marketing, and operations functions in mid-to-large organizations.
  • • Communicate complex product capabilities through clear, compelling written and verbal presentations to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on customer needs and product improvements.
  • • Participate in the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • • Represent Attio as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep product knowledge and a genuine commitment to customer success.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales forecasts with precision and attention to detail.
  • • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving AI-driven go-to-market strategies to inform sales strategy.
  • • Contribute to team success by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of collective achievement.
  • • Embrace Attio’s culture of craftsmanship, curiosity, and high standards — prioritizing quality over speed and impact over volume.
  • • Operate with autonomy while aligning tightly with company goals and sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of sales closing experience with a technical SaaS product
  • • Strong critical thinking and an aptitude for helping customers solve ambiguous problems
  • • Consistent outperformance to sales targets driven by a rigorous sales process
  • • Experience and interest in team-building and helping others be more successful
  • • Exceptional written communication
