- • As an Account Executive at Neon One, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach by driving sales within the small to mid-sized nonprofit market, converting qualified meetings into wins and contributing to customer retention through full sales cycle ownership.
- • Day to day, you will manage the entire sales process—from initial discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing—while collaborating with SDR teams and strategic partners to generate pipelines and ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
- • Neon One is a mission-driven leader in nonprofit software since 2004, operating with empathy, innovation, and a customer-first mindset in a fully remote environment, dedicated to empowering small and mid-sized nonprofits to build trust and make a difference.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in nonprofit technology sales, sharpen your consultative selling and pipeline management skills, and grow your impact by enabling mission-driven organizations to succeed through tailored solutions and trusted relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct software sales, account management, or a related role with a proven track record of converting qualified leads into wins
- • Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations
- • Proficiency in CRM software is required
- • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs)
