- • Serve as an Account Executive responsible for new customer acquisition in the Construction and Real Estate industries by selling ERP and Marketplace Partners solutions provided by Alliance Solutions.
- • Source, develop, nurture, and manage full sales cycles for prospects and clients within assigned geography, from initial discovery through closing.
- • Gain and maintain deep product knowledge of Sage Intacct Construction and related third-party ERP solutions to effectively position offerings to potential customers.
- • Execute the complete sales process including needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal delivery, negotiation, and contract closure.
- • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align on territory strategy, performance metrics, and overall business objectives.
- • Achieve monthly sales and activity quotas as defined by the Company Activity Plan, tracking all activities and outcomes in Salesforce CRM.
- • Build and maintain a strong market IQ for the Construction industry, including understanding key pain points, trends, and decision-making dynamics.
- • Identify and cultivate relationships with industry influencers, CPAs, and other key stakeholders who influence purchasing decisions in the Construction and Real Estate sectors.
- • Utilize Salesforce CRM, Outreach, and company phone systems to manage leads, schedule outreach, log interactions, and track pipeline progression.
- • Maintain proficiency in standard office software including Office 365, OneNote, and other tools critical to daily sales operations.
- • Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support regional sales initiatives.
- • Stay current with evolving ERP technologies and construction industry solutions to provide informed, consultative sales guidance.
- • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts in accordance with company standards.
- • Contribute to a culture of integrity, innovation, and customer care by embodying company values in every client interaction and internal collaboration.
- • Participate in ongoing training and education programs to enhance product expertise, sales techniques, and industry knowledge.
- • Represent Alliance Solutions with professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service and long-term client value.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- • Minimum 4+ years of experience in ERP sales
- • Experience with ERP, Construction Technology, Sage 100/300, or Sage Intacct preferred
- • Experience with Salesforce preferred
- • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
