  • • Design, implement, and optimize automated email marketing campaigns using SQL-based audience segmentation to enhance engagement and conversion rates across multiple channels including Email, SMS, Web Push, and App Notifications.
  • • Create, layout, and maintain responsive HTML/CSS email templates compatible with major email clients, ensuring consistent branding and optimal user experience across devices.
  • • Develop and maintain automated database processes involving SQL-based data loading, synchronization workflows, and customer data management to support CRM campaign execution.
  • • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns including copy briefing, audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, A/B test design, and performance monitoring to drive continuous optimization.
  • • Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance metrics, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for strategy refinement and improved results.
  • • Collaborate with marketing teams to define promotional offers and campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation and communication through CRM channels to maximize customer engagement.
  • • Manage large-scale customer databases with focus on data quality, segmentation accuracy, and efficient handling of high-volume customer information for targeted marketing automation.
  • • Utilize internal tools including Jira, Confluence, and Slack for project tracking, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
  • • Contribute to the strategic development of CRM initiatives by applying analytical thinking to interpret campaign data and propose innovative, data-driven improvements.
  • • Maintain professional proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and campaign planning tasks.
  • • Ensure all CRM activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements for digital marketing and data privacy.
  • • Support the broader Marketing Department in aligning CRM tactics with overall business goals and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • • Participate in quarterly company events, team activities, and informal gatherings to foster collaboration and team cohesion.
  • • Leverage the WorkFlex tool to facilitate approved workations abroad while maintaining campaign continuity and performance standards.
  • • Apply the monthly remote work allowance of €47.20 to support home office setup and operational efficiency.
  • • Utilize the annual €1,500 professional development budget to enhance technical and strategic competencies in CRM, data analytics, or marketing automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 5 years’ experience in managing CRM online
  • • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Selligent, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • • Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • • Experience in managing large databases, including data organization, segmentation, data quality control, and efficient handling of large volumes of customer information
  • • Professional level management of Excel and internal tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack
  • • Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Spanish
