📋 Description
- • Own the full sales lifecycle for Workato’s Agentic AI platform, including pipeline generation, qualification, discovery, negotiation, and post-sales growth within enterprise accounts.
- • Cross-sell the Agentic Platform to existing Workato customers while also prospecting and closing new logos in the European market.
- • Develop deep expertise in Workato’s enterprise iPaaS and Agentic AI solutions to articulate value propositions with technical and business precision.
- • Conduct high-impact customer discovery conversations to uncover needs, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- • Build trusted relationships with enterprise champions and decision-makers across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- • Maintain a constant information diet to stay ahead of trends in GenAI, agentic systems, and enterprise automation, positioning yourself as a credible advisor.
- • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategy and accelerate adoption of the Agentic Platform.
- • Operate as part of a fully distributed global sales team with 20–30% travel for company meetings, customer visits, and industry events.
- • Drive measurable revenue growth by exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for the Agentic AI business unit.
- • Leverage entrepreneurial mindset to shape and scale a new business line within Workato, treating it as a ‘startup within the startup’.
- • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with agility, resilience, and strategic thinking in a fast-moving AI-first environment.
- • Represent Workato at industry events, customer forums, and partner engagements to expand market presence and thought leadership in Agentic AI.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline with transparency and discipline to support sales operations and leadership reporting.
- • Adapt messaging and approach based on regional market dynamics, regulatory environments, and customer maturity levels across Europe.
- • Champion a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement aligned with Workato’s values of ownership and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in a closing sales role, with startup or scaleup experience preferred
- • Working experience with or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and agentic systems
- • Proven track record of performance and problem-solving in enterprise sales
- • Required fluency in German and English; preferred additional languages: Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish
- • Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior executives
- • Preferred location: Germany (Remote)
