  • • Own the full sales lifecycle for Workato’s Agentic AI platform, including pipeline generation, qualification, discovery, negotiation, and post-sales growth within enterprise accounts.
  • • Cross-sell the Agentic Platform to existing Workato customers while also pursuing new logo acquisition to scale this high-growth business unit.
  • • Develop deep expertise in Workato’s enterprise iPaaS and Agentic/AI solutions to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders.
  • • Conduct high-impact customer discovery sessions with precision, identifying pain points and aligning AI automation solutions to business outcomes.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with key champions and decision-makers across enterprise organizations, including senior executives.
  • • Engage in uncomfortable, value-driven conversations to uncover hidden needs and drive adoption of AI-driven automation.
  • • Maintain a constant information diet to stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI, agents, and enterprise automation, ensuring credibility with customers.
  • • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategy with product roadmap and market demand.
  • • Operate as part of a fully distributed global team with 20–30% travel required for company meetings, customer visits, and industry events.
  • • Represent Workato as a high-performing, entrepreneurial seller within a startup-within-a-startup environment that demands ownership, agility, and innovation.
  • • Drive measurable revenue growth by exceeding quota targets and expanding account penetration through strategic account planning and execution.
  • • Leverage a consultative sales approach to position the Agentic Platform as a mission-critical tool for operationalizing AI across the enterprise.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics and customer needs in the fast-moving GenAI and automation space.
  • • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts with discipline, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership.
  • • Contribute to shaping the go-to-market strategy for the Agentic AI business unit as an early member of the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10 years of experience in a closing sales role; startup or scaleup experience preferred
  • • Working experience with or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and AI agents
  • • Required fluency in both Swedish and English
  • • Proven track record of performance and problem-solving in enterprise sales
  • • Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior executives
  • • Preferred location: Stockholm (Hybrid)
