- • Serve as the founding Account Executive (Business Development Associate) for iDeals Solutions Group in Poland, establishing and leading outbound sales efforts in the Warsaw region and surrounding areas.
- • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers in Poland’s Finance, Banking, and M&A sectors through targeted outreach and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
- • Build and manage a full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, consistently meeting and exceeding individual quota targets for new customer acquisition.
- • Engage directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in Polish organizations to conduct product demonstrations, deliver compelling value-based presentations, and navigate complex sales cycles.
- • Actively participate in the execution of regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with iDeals’ global GTM motion, leveraging deep understanding of the European VDR market.
- • Represent iDeals at M&A Community events (mnacommunity.com) to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership within Poland’s financial and legal advisory communities.
- • Structure, negotiate, and close high-value enterprise deals for the iDeals Virtual Data Room solution used in due diligence, fundraising, corporate reporting, and clinical trials.
- • Provide consistent, timely customer updates and insights throughout the sales process, ensuring transparency and building trust with prospects and clients.
- • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Inside Sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- • Deliver actionable customer feedback to Product Management and Development teams to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities based on Polish market needs.
- • Operate as the primary field sales representative for iDeals in Poland, establishing local credibility and becoming the trusted point of contact for enterprise clients and industry influencers.
- • Utilize dedicated Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Field Marketing resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in pipeline development and deal execution.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline accurately, and report key metrics to sales leadership with precision and regularity.
- • Contribute to building and scaling iDeals’ sales operations in Poland as the first member of the EMEA Field Sales team in the country.
- • Embody the company’s core values of Commitment, Excellence, Collaboration, Trust, and Care in all client interactions and internal collaborations.
- • Work independently in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment while aligning tightly with global sales goals and strategies.
- • Travel within Poland as needed to meet prospects, attend industry events, and represent the company at key networking forums.
- • Maintain full compliance with data security and confidentiality standards expected in the VDR industry when handling sensitive client information and sales materials.
