- • Own the full sales cycle for B2B clients, including prospecting, discovery calls, product demos, negotiation, and closing deals with multi-day tour operators across the U.S.
- • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity via phone and email to build relationships with small and medium-sized business owners in the travel industry.
- • Deliver engaging, value-driven product demonstrations that showcase how WeTravel’s platform helps travel businesses streamline operations and grow revenue.
- • Manage and nurture a sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities, interactions, and deal progress.
- • Collaborate with onboarding and customer support teams to ensure seamless client transitions post-sale and enhance overall customer experience.
- • Provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams based on direct client conversations and market insights.
- • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, demo conversions, and sales revenue.
- • Travel up to 10% of the time for in-person client visits and team meetings.
- • Work autonomously with strong self-direction while actively collaborating with a remote, international sales team.
- • Operate under a B2B contractor agreement with monthly USD payments, focusing on performance-driven outcomes.
- • Participate in a 2-week cross-functional onboarding program to understand company products, culture, and sales processes.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on transforming the future of group and multi-day travel through technology.
- • Maintain full compliance with legal work authorization requirements in your country of residence; no visa sponsorship or relocation support is provided.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Proven experience in inside sales via phone and email, managing the full sales cycle
- • Natural confidence and comfort with outbound cold calling and high-volume prospecting
- • Experience selling B2B solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
- • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits
- • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar sales automation tools

- • Base salary of $52,000 USD with uncapped commission; Year 1 OTE of $100,000 USD, Year 2 OTE of $130,000 USD
