📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive - DACH (Future Talent Opportunity) at Remote Technologies Inc., you will drive net new business by hunting and closing sales deals in the DACH region, playing a key role in expanding Remote’s Global HR Platform to help businesses compliantly manage international teams.
- • Day to day, you will create and manage sales pipelines, conduct cold calls and outreach, present solutions to prospective clients, collaborate internally with support teams, forecast sales, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while meeting or exceeding quotas.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally distributed Sales team at Remote, a company committed to making global employment simple and compliant, with team members across 6 continents and a culture rooted in innovation, transparency, and asynchronous work.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in international HR solutions, refine advanced sales techniques, gain experience selling complex SaaS platforms, and build a career in global sales with opportunities for internal mobility and professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent German and English language skills
- • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
- • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
- • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and sales forecasting to achieve monthly targets
