  • • Support day-to-day client servicing and contribute proactively to growing client and agency business within Billups’ Client Services function.
  • • Assist in media planning and buying by developing media plans, collating RFPs, creating grid layouts, mapping platforms, using planning tools, and drafting posting instructions.
  • • Translate media plan rationale into client-facing decks and emails under the guidance of line managers, ensuring alignment with client briefs.
  • • Generate Proof of Posting (POP) reports and campaign attribution data, ensuring timely delivery to clients and their agencies.
  • • Manage campaign files by compiling, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation including buy specs, decks, POP, and campaign assets in shared drive systems.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely artwork delivery, approval, and campaign activation on scheduled start dates.
  • • Track campaign timelines and milestones to guarantee on-time delivery, with oversight from senior team members.
  • • Apply standardized templates and operational guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence across all deliverables.
  • • Assist in small-scale project ownership, including low-level negotiations and client relationship management under supervision.
  • • Help coordinate internal calendars to schedule team meetings, client presentations, and cross-functional reviews.
  • • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative and client-facing tasks.
  • • Demonstrate strong time management by juggling multiple deadlines without compromising quality or timelines.
  • • Receive and apply constructive feedback to improve performance and deliver better outcomes.
  • • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, agencies, media suppliers, and internal colleagues through tactful and diplomatic communication.
  • • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by being proactive, engaged, and supportive of peers and managers.
  • • Embrace innovation and change, bringing creativity and passion to daily responsibilities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • • Work within a global team of 400+ across 20+ countries, supporting OOH media campaigns with proprietary AI and technology.
  • • Operate under the guidance of Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, and Senior Account Directors while developing professional expertise.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Degree from a three-year college or university in advertising, media, or a related field
  • • 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • • Strong time management abilities with capacity to handle multiple deadlines
  • • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, agencies, vendors, and internal teams
  • • Demonstrated capacity to receive and apply constructive feedback
