📋 Description
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to fire departments, EMS agencies, USAR teams, HazMat teams, and emergency management organizations to evaluate, implement, and grow public safety UAS programs.
- • Develop and manage relationships with Fire/EMS agencies within an assigned territory across the East, South, and Central regions of the USA.
- • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for command staff, training divisions, operations personnel, and elected officials.
- • Act as a subject matter expert on public safety UAS operations, deployment models, regulatory considerations, and best practices.
- • Assist agencies in developing Drone as First Responder (DFR), HazMat, USAR, wildfire, and emergency response programs.
- • Support departments in evaluating funding opportunities, budget development, and implementation planning for drone technology.
- • Collaborate with BRINC’s product, engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure customer success and seamless deployment.
- • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote BRINC solutions and strengthen relationships within the public safety community.
- • Maintain an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies, public safety trends, and the evolving UAS landscape.
- • Travel a minimum of 75% of the time throughout the assigned territory to engage with agencies, conduct demonstrations, and support program rollouts.
- • Leverage firsthand fire service experience to build credibility and provide operational insights to fire service leadership.
- • Communicate effectively with Fire Chiefs, command staff, elected officials, and executive leadership on technical, operational, and budgetary matters.
- • Demonstrate expertise in fire service air operations, wildfire detection and suppression, WUI response, incident management, and high-rise fire operations.
- • Translate real-world operational experience into compelling sales narratives that align drone technology with agency mission needs.
- • Stay current on FAA regulations, public safety drone standards, and procurement processes within municipal and state emergency services.
- • Work independently to manage a large geographic territory while aligning with BRINC’s sales goals and customer success objectives.
- • Promote BRINC’s mission to save lives through technology by advocating for drone-enabled de-escalation and situational awareness in emergency response.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in the fire service
- • Demonstrated experience with public safety UAS operations
- • Strong understanding of Fire/EMS operations, command structures, and emergency response environments
- • Ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the time
- • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory
- • Passionate about growing drone technology within the fire service
