- • Close qualified B2B leads and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets for custom signage solutions across Europe
- • Consult directly with business clients to understand their brand identity, spatial requirements, and project goals, translating them into tailored signage solutions
- • Own the full sales cycle from initial lead engagement through negotiation, proposal delivery, and final contract closure
- • Build and nurture long-term client relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty
- • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM pipeline with detailed notes, follow-up timelines, and stage progress tracking
- • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure client specifications are accurately interpreted and delivered on time
- • Participate in regular sales training, coaching sessions, and feedback loops to continuously refine negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
- • Adapt communication style to suit diverse European business clients, demonstrating empathy and clarity when explaining technical or design-related aspects of signage products
- • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to position solutions effectively during client conversations
- • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, reinforcing brand trust and credibility through consistent, high-quality service
- • Work within a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote client meetings and field visits across Europe
- • Leverage a product offering that clients genuinely value, reducing resistance in sales conversations and increasing conversion rates
