📋 Description
- • As a Growth Account Executive at FullStory, you will drive new business and maximize revenue from existing accounts in the $5M–$80M annual revenue segment, reporting to the Regional Vice President of Growth Sales.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new business, managing territory, driving adoption through upsell/cross-sell and renewals, tracking client interactions in Salesforce, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Experience teams, and leading technical demos and sales presentations to close deals.
- • FullStory is a leading behavioral data platform that helps businesses understand and improve digital experiences, with a mission to make customer and employee journeys smoother and more personalized through innovative technology and AI-enabled insights.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales execution skills in complex B2B SaaS cycles, deepen your technical product knowledge, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and grow your ability to leverage AI tools to optimize sales efficiency and customer value.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven B2B SaaS sales track record with individual quota attainment of at least $500K USD
- • Average deal size of at least $20K USD in the last year
- • Experience delivering value-based, technical demonstrations in partnership with cross-functional teams
