📋 Description

• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Kraken’s Payward Services division, you will play a pivotal role in driving pre-sales success by designing and delivering technical solutions that enable fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to offer crypto products without building them from scratch.
• • Day to day, you will partner with sales and the Partner Solutions Lead to run technical discovery, map customer needs to Kraken’s product suite (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks), design tailored solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and ensure clean handoffs to the Implementation team through structured documentation and knowledge transfer.
• • You will join a mission-driven, fully remote team of over 70 nationalities united by crypto conviction, working within Payward Services — Kraken’s B2B infrastructure division that powers crypto offerings for partners like Bunq and is scaling rapidly to meet growing demand.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise API integrations, solution architecture, and technical sales enablement while contributing to product roadmap feedback and refining internal pre-sales playbooks that win deals and scale impact across global financial institutions.
