Mirantis is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to spearhead new customer acquisition and drive strategic growth within the United States, focusing on the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, empowering both NeoClouds and established enterprise organizations to accelerate their adoption, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered solutions. You will own the entire sales cycle, from meticulously developing a robust pipeline to expertly closing complex deals, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and cultivating strong relationships with C-suite executives.
  • • Your primary mission will be to identify and engage prospective clients, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Mirantis' advanced AI platform can provide transformative solutions. You will work in close collaboration with our talented Sales Engineering team to craft compelling business cases that not only generate interest but also drive the adoption of our innovative AI infrastructure.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic sales plan for your assigned territory. This plan will focus on identifying and targeting high-potential accounts within the AI Infrastructure market, with the ultimate goal of consistently achieving ambitious pipeline growth and revenue targets.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve implementing highly tailored sales approaches. You will need to deeply understand the nuances of the AI Infrastructure market and how clients can optimize their GPU investments to achieve maximum return on investment. This requires a consultative approach, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • • You will engage directly and frequently with customers to gain a profound understanding of their specific AI and Machine Learning (ML) requirements. This deep dive into client needs is crucial, as your insights will directly influence Mirantis' product roadmap, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge and perfectly aligned with evolving client demands.
  • • To excel in this position, you will need to become a recognized expert in AI Infrastructure. This involves staying abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and then leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic insights and consulting to both customers and partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in highlighting the significant transformational value that Mirantis' AI Infrastructure solutions can deliver.
  • • You will conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with potential clients to uncover their most complex business challenges. Based on these findings, you will collaborate with Sales Engineering to design and propose tailored AI Infrastructure architectures that deliver impactful, measurable solutions.
  • • The role demands adept navigation and management of intricate, often lengthy, sales cycles. This spans from the initial engagement and qualification stages through to detailed negotiation and final closure. A critical part of this process includes the meticulous drafting of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly outline the scope and deliverables for AI Infrastructure deployments.
  • • You will lead the negotiation of commercial terms and contractual agreements with key decision-makers within client organizations. Your objective will be to secure mutually beneficial outcomes that foster long-term partnerships and drive successful project implementations.
